today was a great day for uganda - a guy called stephen kiprotich won the marathon at the olympics! it was the first medal for uganda - so i feel a bit like "my country" has won a medal today! well done and regards to all my friends in uganda!!!
all i followed from the olympics was the sailing of the 49er... unfortunately it was not meant to be this time, nickos... but rio is coming, i hope you can keep your energy and motivation up for another four years?! anyways, becoming 4th is pretty amazing! congratulations for that - if you ever happen to read that!

its rainy season - meaning its farming season. we also have a farm, where we are farming maize and beans. our children help on the farm - because thats actually the reason we have it. the children should be prepared for their life like if they would live with their families...and with the families they would spend a lot of time on the farm -and learn a lot. we hope our children will get the same knowledge in the future!
