what i see when i walk out of my compound

in 3 min. we will have a meeting concerning our micricredit programme. at 12 a solar expert is coming, to discuss our way forward. at 4pm we will have football training. besides i have to finish a report which needs to be sent to austria tomorrow...and thousands of other things will need a solution as well... so my days are busy, sometimes even start with a meeting at 7 in the morning, before the parents go to their fields. im busy, but its interesting, and i like it!

i have also some news concerning the oldest man in the village. i met him yesterday, went to his house to greet him. he is really old, skinny, and looks sick. he could not even really get up to greet us - and i decidet that its not proper to take a picture. but when i asked him about his age, his wife translated for us. he was thinking hard, and then the outcome was that he is 310. i asked her if she was sure, she asked him - and they were sure!!! but not exactly 310, most probably a bit older. but for sure at least 310. yes years! i asked her if she was talking about years - and she was. by the way this woman is a teacher in the school.
